These are the test printed parts for a replica of Princess Peach’s crown as it appears in the videogame Super Smash Brothers Ultimate.

This is the finished urethane resin cast crown prop replica of Princess Peach’s crown as seen in the videogame Super Smash Brothers Ultimate. The crown features chrome paint with a candy yellow gold clear layer, hand polished iridescent blue and red resin cast jewels, and 42 hand glued faux pearls. The crown and brooch were all 3D modeled in Fusion 360 by myself. I printed them on an MSLA 3D printer and silicone molded them to be cast in industrial resins.

These are the raw resin cast jewels for the princess peach crown before hand polishing the front and applying the reflective coating to the back. The final Jewels had a rainbow metallic fleck applied to the back to bounce off extra light going through the resin to create a sparkling gemstone effect.

Here is a picture of the largest resin cast gemstone in the project. The gemstone resin is clear blue with some pearlescent pigments added for a sparkle effect. just as the other pieces, it was painted with a heavily reflective metallic fleck on the back side to bounce off incoming light and make the piece shine.

This is a picture of the 3d model I created replicating the 3.0 design of the Toonami late night programing block host T.O.M. The helmet and pecs are the beginning of a complete replica costume which will bring the computer generated animated character to life.

This was a custom commission to make a eyeball mask that would cover the whole face for a costume of a pop culture character. The details on the surface of the eye are a combination of water slide decals and thin re fibers to mimic realistic eyeball details heavily coated in gloss resin.

The eyeball mask as a one off was a custom 3D printed part for the project. The original part was smoothed and painted to a high quality finished layer. On the inside I applied mesh over the hole to allow the wearer to see, and Velcro to remove the fabric portion of the mask from the rigid plastic component for washing and cleaning.

I sculpted and vacuum formed a lighter version with built-in mustache for more comfortable stage wear, after Savant accidentally tore the mustache off the previous mask while vigorously performing onstage!

Sculpted, molded, resin cast, spray painted Alchemist symbol pin accessory made for and sold to Savant fans.

My custom designed, hand sculpted, molded, resin cast, painted/weathered, with LED eyelights, inspired by Majora’s mask from “Legend of Zelda”, worn in Savant’s “Cassette (Alectro) music video. I sculpted a textured surface finish and used dry brushing/weathering paint techniques to create a realistic faux wood finish.

I replicated this mask from the fan animated Mystery Skulls music video series, created by Mystery Ben, for online sale to fans. These have sold like hotcakes for years.

Finished mask in clear UV reactive, translucent purple resin, with detail paint wash applied to bring out the engravings on the surface. The mask was intended to look like an otherworldly, ancient relic with a weathered, ethereal finish.
